Meditation is the process of trying to clear out the clutter in our minds in order to allow ourselves the ability to reach, and hear, our own inner voice: our core. It is there that miracles can begin to manifest. We need to feel ourselves anchored to our own Be-ing before we can feel connected to Source and each other. It is in the quiet ... in that peace ... in the 'gap' that we will find it. And meditation is the key to open that door. Meditation requires at least ten minutes of your time. Twenty minutes to half an hour is better. Consistency, however, is extremely important. It is in the repetition that you will begin to lay down the pattern for much greater well-being. Studies now show that there is a direct link between meditation and positive thinking. Daily is best, but it’s not always easy to find the time in our hectic lives. But if you can make the time to invest in yourself, the rewards, can make the effort more than worthwhile. As the Chinese say … the journey of a thousand miles, begins with but a single step. I invite everyone to begin, in some small way, to make meditation a part of their everyday life. See the results and let us know.
