Onion Chicken
(quick – easy – different)
½ cup butter melted
1 Tbs worchestershire sauce
1 tsp ground mustard
1 lg can French fried onions – finely crushed
chicken pieces (skin or none, boneless or bone in)
In a shallow bowl combine butter, worchestershire sauce and mustard
Place onions in another shallow bowl
Dip chicken in butter mixture then coat with onions
Place in baking dish – drizzle with remaining butter mixture – bake @ 400* for 20 – 25 minutes or til juices run clear
Pork Chop Variation
Use milk and mustard instead of the butter mixture
(about a half cup milk and a Tbs mustard)
