Brown Sugar Glaze
(this was with a salmon recipe – but have used it with ham, pork, chicken and fish – it’s really good with all of them – but ham steak or pork – wow)
3 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs soy sauce
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
Combine all ingredients – bring to a boil – brush on almost cooked food and broil 1-2 mins or until it bubbles and browns
The salmon was very tasty with the brown sugar mustard glaze. I had extra sauce and just poured it over some of the rice and it was absolutely delicious. I made a mushroom wild rice pilaf and it matched perfectly with the salmon. Will make this one again and again!
